Daily Kick in the Butt

Just because Diet soda is calorie free doesn’t mean it is good for you. ~Tracy Benham from S.H.E.
While Diet soda may not directly be bad for you, too much caffeine and artificial sweeteners are definitely not good for you. Switching from regular soda to diet soda will save you calories, but recent studies suggest that drinking any type of soda may leads to numerous health problems including obesity.
Just for today/this week- limit all soda intake to one a day.
~Tomorrow (or all next week)- give up sodas entirely.
~ If you are really ready to Kick your Butt into Gear to Get Healthy now: Eliminate sodas from your daily intake and treat them like a dessert.
