Wellness Chef and SHE Healthy Cooking Expert, Chef Laurie Erickson shares another one of her famous Top Ten lists.
“The following is my admittedly personal list that I have developed after many years as a wellness chef in the finest resorts, and spa in the world.
Here are 10 easy to digest bite-sized list” Chef Laurie Erickson.
Top Ten Things I Wouldn’t Eat, Even if you Paid me to.
Cool Whip
Ranch Dressings
Fried Dough (any kind)
Krispy Kreme Doughnuts
Ritz Crackers
Diet Soda
Cinnamon Rolls
Velveeta Cheese
Frozen Dinners (especially and Man-Size ones)
Margarine
(Note from Laurie: This list could be MUCH longer)
“Try to eliminate some or all of these foods from your grocery list and you will start to eat, feel and live better.” Chef Laurie.
This list gets people talking. I have seen 20 people come up to Laurie to express an opinion, after she shared this list. Everyone seems to have there own ideas why certain foods on this list are OK to eat.
What I love about all of Chef Laurie’s Lists is that they get people talking about eating better. Even if you only take a few of these items out of your diet, you will have taken another step toward eating and feeling better.
While we believe no food is bad or good. (it is, after all – a food), many of our staff, experts, coaches and guests coaches have their own ‘I Will Not Eat This Ever’ lists.
Later this week, we will reveal a few foods from our team’s personal ‘Not Ever Lists’.
