I love yoga! I just wish I could go more to actual classes. I have DVDs but it just isn’t the same. In my town, there are three studios and ALL have classes at the same time of day. Doesn’t that just stink? I need to go when kids are in bed- like 6am or 730 at night.
Good explanation of what it is and isn’t!
