Halloween Pumpkin Workout

Our Friend and Fitness Professional Holly Rigsby of Fit Yummy Mummy wanted to share her Halloween Fat Loss Pumpkin Workout with all of are readers and viewers at Sports Health Exercise.
Try this workout today, and after Halloween is over, substitute kettlebells, or hand-weights for the pumpkin.

That was great. I’m actually going to run out into my garage and lift some weights before the chaos begins today.
