Aussie Fat Blast: Fat Loss Aussie Style
Oct 24th, 2008 by tracybenham
Daniel Munday, our favorite Aussie personal trainer (based out of Sydney) has just launched his ultimate fat loss solution for the busy professional – the Aussie Fatblast Success System and he asked me to tell you about it. http://www.fatlossaussiestyle.com . Every time he shares his no nonsense training information with our readers we all get a boost of energy.
After checking out the program, I felt that it is something you should really be checking out for yourself. The Aussie Fatblast Success System has really filled a hole in the fitness market as most programs realistically did not cater for the person who was too busy to fit in regular workouts. I think he has done a great in developing short and effective 20 minutes workouts for busy professionals. I was even excited about a few of his ‘extra’ workouts that he includes with the program such as the Aussie Fatblast Optimise Blowtorch Sessions, and the Little Black Dress Workout.
The program itself is pretty cool, but the thing that really got me excited was the amazing bonuses that Daniel has been able to get his hands on. Daniel is a *’real deal’ trainer who doesn’t pull any punches and shares some pretty hard hitting truths about effective workouts, basic nutrition, and which exercises really carry the biggest ‘bang’ for the effort. (this is the kind of info we love to share).
Here is an example of why we love his programs.
One minute with Daniel Munday.
Here he shares some of his famous, hard hitting advice (like the tip everyone loved in last years Holiday Bootcamp program)
What 3 tips can you give to people who have a very limited amount of time to exercise?
DM: 1) You always have time no matter how many hours a day you work. It’s a cliché but it’s true. It comes down to properly managing your time. So first of all, this is a non exercise tip but reduce the amount of time you spend on email each day. This will more than likely save you a heap of time. Simply block out time in the day to check emails and stick to that period only. The world won’t stop if you don’t reply back to your facebook messages straight away.
2) Pick the “big bang” exercises such as Swings, Squats, Deadlifts, Recline Rows or Chin Ups, Push Ups and other multi-joint exercises. Because we are only exercising for a small amount of time you need to pick exercises that will get your heart rate up and use as many muscles as you can with each exercise. Some of my most productive workouts have only taken 6 minutes (which you will have access to in the Optimise Blowtorch Sessions bonus manual).
3) Make an appointment in your diary just like you would a meeting with your boss or important client. Exercise has to have the same priority as everything else. Once that time is in your diary it cannot be moved barring a family emergency.
Thanks Daniel for sharing your expertise with our readers. There really are no magic pills or programs. The best we can do is follow a program that is based on evidence based programming. Check out Daniel’s Program: http://www.fatlossaussiestyle.com
