Can you believe it, summer is almost over?

Make an active, summertime memory this long holiday weekend.
Inside or out, do one thing that will make you laugh and remember this summer.
Go to the park, play mini-putt, get out your bike /skateboard/jump rope, go golfing and walk the course, go to the lake/pond/beach, play baseball/basketball/football, go for a hike, play tennis, go fishing/canoeing/kayaking, go to a pool (act like an Olympian and pretend you are Michel Phelps or Natalie Coughlin), head to a local zoo… Pick something – anything- that you know will make you laugh while you are doing it and make you smile when you are finished.
Water parks, ice and roller rinks and other fun places are having specials and are open for one last blast of summertime fun. When is the last time you went to one of those places? Just the thought alone, should you make you laugh. Act like a kid on summer vacation. (Even if you are the parent – kids love to see their parents having fun.)
Leave the computer, X-Box, Wii and TV off an entire day and take some dorky photos of all the fun. You have all fall and winter to be occupied with games, TV and non-stop media.
Don’t forget to post your pictures of Flickr (http://www.flickr.com), to be able to look at them on a freezing cold or raining day this winter.
Don’t forget us know what you did this weekend.
We love to hear from our readers and share the fun, activities and healthy adventures!
